In order to enjoy services on our website you must top-up your registered account on our website. For this purposes you should provide us with the full name, country and address and payment details. We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions on our website. Payment via credit/debit card in EUR is available in the payment section of our website. The amounts of charges and commissions may be increased by the amount of VAT according to the provisions of applicable law.

When you top-up your account your fiat money will be automatically converted in tokens with the following proportion 1 EUR = 1000 token queries.

When you top-up account for the first time you will receive 0,5 Euro in tokens (500 tokens) as a welcome bonus.

Kindly familiarize yourself with this descriptor on your financial statements to prevent any potential confusion or unintended disputes.

2. Refund:

If you have purchased tokens but have not used them to pay for services, you may be eligible for a refund.

If you have purchased credits and used them, refunds are generally not provided unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited back to your account balance within 5-7 business days from the date of your refund request.

Non-Refundable Items: Premium services, subscription plans, and promotional offers are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation:

Cancellation Requests: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of making a purchase, provided that the AI-generated answer has not been delivered or utilized.

Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team at info@complianceworld.ai and provide your order details.

Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation request is approved, a processing fee may apply, deducted from the refund amount.

4. Extenuating Circumstances:

Service Interruption: If we are unable to provide services due to technical issues or other service interruptions, a full refund will be provided.

Unsatisfactory Results: If you receive an AI-generated answer that significantly deviates from the selected parameters or expectations, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a refund or reprocessing.
